2.1 Objective

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the contractual relationships between the company Andelios, operating the Moania platform, hereinafter referred to as "the Provider", "Andelios" or "we", and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as "the Client" or "you", wishing to acquire our automated astrological analysis services powered by artificial intelligence.

2.2 Services offered

Moania offers the following services under different billing modalities.

2.2.1 Services for unit purchase

  • Personalized astrological analyses generated by artificial intelligence

  • Automated complete natal charts

  • Astrological compatibility analyses

  • Specialized analyses (professional, romantic, financial, etc.)

  • Customized detailed astrological reports

2.2.2 Subscription Services

  • Monthly astrological forecasts: recurring subscription to receive your personalized forecasts each month

  • Regular personalized analyses according to the chosen subscription plan

2.2.3 Human consulting services

  • Appointment booking with our astrologer: paid reservation service for personalized consultation

  • Individual astrological consultations with a qualified professional

  • Personalized astrological guidance sessions

2.3 Scope of application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed via our website moania.ai and constitute, along with our General Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, the entirety of the agreements between the parties.

IMPORTANT: our services are accessible worldwide, subject to local legal restrictions. It is the Client's responsibility to verify the compliance of their order with the applicable legislation in their country of residence.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

3.1 Opposability

The validation of your order implies your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions, which you declare you have read and understood. By browsing the site and making a purchase, you fully and unreservedly accept these terms and conditions.

3.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time. The changes will be notified in advance in a visible manner on the site with a 30-day notice for substantial changes. By continuing to use our services after notification, you will be considered to have accepted the changes.

3.3 Applicable version

In case of modification, the applicable version is the one in effect at the time of placing your order.

  1. REGISTRATION AND ORDER CONDITIONS
4.1 Legal capacity

Age Restriction: our services are strictly reserved for adults who have the legal capacity to contract according to the laws applicable in their country of residence.

Minors are not allowed to use the services offered by Andelios, even with parental permission.

4.2 Required information for analyses

To generate your astrological analyses, you must provide:

  • Full date of birth (day, month, year)

  • Time of birth (recommended for more accuracy)

  • Place of birth (city, country)

  • Specific questions or themes according to the requested analysis

IMPORTANT WARNING: The accuracy of the time of birth is crucial for the precision of the analyses. Without this information or in case of incorrect information, the analyses may be distorted.

4.3 Responsibility for Information

You guarantee the accuracy of the astrological information provided and commit to informing us of any errors. Andelios cannot be held responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or deficiencies in the analyses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous information that you may have communicated.

4.4 Order validation

Your order is not final until:

  1. Selection of the service

  2. Entry of the required astrological information

  3. Acceptance of these terms

  4. Effective payment of the price

  5. Receipt of our order confirmation email

4.5 Orders via Etsy – Moania shop

When the order is placed through the Moania shop hosted on the Etsy platform, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The payment approval process is exclusively the responsibility of Etsy. Consequently, Andelios cannot be held responsible for the approval or validation delays related to this internal process at Etsy.

  • The transmission of the order confirmation email from Etsy to Andelios is entirely dependent on the functioning of the Etsy platform. Andelios disclaims any responsibility for delays, absence, or anomalies in receiving this confirmation email.

  • More generally, any technical, logistical, or functional issues related to the Etsy platform or its payment service are solely the responsibility of Etsy and not of Andelios.

  • The delivery time of our services, as announced in our commercial communications (e.g., analysis generation times), only begins to run from the actual receipt by Andelios of the order confirmation email sent by Etsy.

The order is considered validated and executable by Andelios only upon this receipt.

  1. PRICE AND PAYMENT
5.1 Price and currencies

The prices of services are displayed according to the geographical area of the Client, and may be expressed in euros (EUR), US dollars (USD), Canadian dollars (CAD), British pounds (GBP), or Swiss francs (CHF). Unless otherwise stated, prices are indicated including all taxes (TTC) for Clients located in the European Union. For Clients located outside the European Union, prices are displayed excluding local taxes, which may be automatically calculated and collected by our payment service provider Stripe, according to the tax rules applicable in the Client's country of residence.

5.2 Currency conversion

When the Client makes a payment in a currency different from that of their bank account, the exchange rate applicable is the one in effect at the time of the transaction, as determined by Stripe. Conversion fees may apply, in accordance with the terms of Stripe and/or the Client's banking institution.

5.3 Pricing According to Services

The prices are those indicated on the website https://moania.ai at the time of placing the order. Andelios reserves the right to offer specific pricing grids according to the types of services, options, or geographical areas.

Any discount vouchers, promotional codes, or benefits offered by Andelios are subject to specific conditions stated at the time of their issuance.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with other ongoing promotional offers.

5.4 Price Revision

Andelios reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the rate applied to the Client is that displayed on the site at the time of order confirmation.

5.5 Accepted payment methods

The payment is exclusively made online, via the following payment methods :

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Other methods offered by Stripe, depending on the Client's geographic availability (e.g.: Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

5.6 Payment Security

Payments are secured via the Stripe platform, certified compliant with the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Andelios does not collect or retain any banking data of the Client on its own servers.

5.7 Cash payment

The payment is due in full at the time of order. No service will be performed, and no analysis will be generated or delivered without full prior payment.

5.8 Billing

An electronic invoice is sent to the Client by email as soon as payment is confirmed. This invoice can be used by the Client for tax or accounting purposes, according to the legislation applicable in their country of residence.

  1. SERVICE EXECUTION
6.1 Generation delays

Indicative generation times by our AI algorithms:

  • Complete astrological theme analyses: maximum 48 working hours

  • Complex analyses: maximum 72 working hours

6.2 Indicative character of deadlines

IMPORTANT : the announced deadlines are given for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual obligation with Andelios. Longer delays may occur due to:

  • Exceptional system load

  • Technical maintenance of AI servers

  • Particular complexity of the requested analysis

  • Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances

Andelios cannot be held responsible for exceeding the announced deadlines and no refund can be claimed on this sole basis.

6.3 Delivery Terms

The analyses are generated automatically by our artificial intelligence algorithms and made available:

  • By email (PDF format according to the analysis)

6.4 Service Availability

We strive to ensure optimal availability of our services. Interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (preferably during off-peak hours)

  • Updates to AI algorithms

  • Unforeseen technical incidents

6.5 Conservation of analyses

The generated analyses (in PDF format) are kept indefinitely on our secure servers to allow the Client continuous access to their personal history, except in the following cases:

  • Explicit request for deletion addressed by the Client via email to the following address: support@moania.ai

Any deletion request will be processed within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with legal data retention obligations.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
7.1 Application of the right of withdrawal according to jurisdiction

For customers residing in the European Union: you benefit from the provisions of European and French consumer law, including a withdrawal period of 14 days.

For customers residing outside the European Union: the conditions for withdrawal may vary according to your local legislation. Andelios applies the most favorable conditions mentioned below by default.

7.2 General withdrawal period

You have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification or penalties.

7.3 Starting point of the delay

The deadline runs from the date of the conclusion of the contract (order validation and payment).

7.4 Exception to the right of withdrawal - Digital services

The right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised for:

  • Digital content whose execution has started after your express prior agreement

  • Services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period

In practice: as soon as your astrological analysis is generated and made available to you, the right of withdrawal is lost unless there is a clear defect in the service.

7.5 Specific Conditions - Astrological Consultations
Booking fees

The booking fees for making an appointment with our astrologer are refundable only within the hour following the reservation.

Refund conditions for reservation fees

  • Strict deadline: maximum 1 hour after booking confirmation

  • Procedure: immediate contact with customer service via support@moania.ai

  • Refund by our Finance service if cancellation is within the deadlines

  • No refund beyond 1 hour, except in cases of force majeure

7.6 Specific conditions - Subscriptions
Trial period

Subscriptions benefit from a right of withdrawal of 7 days from the date of subscription.

Cancellation

  • Free termination : possible at any time with effect at the end of the current period

  • No refund for the ongoing period

  • Procedure : contact customer service via support@moania.ai

  • Notice : takes effect at the next billing cycle

7.7 Terms of exercise of the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal (under the conditions above):

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method as originally used.

7.9 Specific Conditions – Gift Cards
7.9.1 Objective and use

The gift cards offered by Andelios allow the Customer to give a specified service to a third party at the time of purchase (for example: professional astrological analysis, love astrological analysis, etc.).
The gift card is valid exclusively for the service expressly mentioned at the time of the order and cannot be used for another type of service, even of equivalent or higher value.

7.9.2 Validity

Each gift card has a validity period of 90 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Upon expiration of this period, the gift card is permanently expired and can no longer be used, exchanged, or refunded in full or in part.
The expiration date is indicated on the gift card at the time of its issuance.

7.9.3 Non-exchange and non-refund

No request for a service exchange will be accepted, including for another type of analysis or a different formula.
No refund will be granted, except in cases strictly provided for by applicable law.

7.9.4 Terms of Use by the Beneficiary

The recipient of the gift card must comply with these General Conditions of Sale, including the obligations related to providing the necessary information for the completion of the service (e.g., date, time, and place of birth).
In the event of missing, erroneous, or late information, Andelios cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the service.

7.9.5 Code Format and Security

Gift cards are issued in digital format (PDF file) and contain a unique code that allows for a total discount on the service for which they were purchased.
This code is strictly personal to the beneficiary and must be kept in a safe place.
Any use of the code, even by a third party, will be deemed valid and will release Andelios from any obligation towards the initial Client or the beneficiary.
In case of loss, deletion, theft, unauthorized access, or fraudulent use of the code, no replacement or refund can be made.

  1. NATURE OF ANALYSES AND LIMITATIONS
8.1 Nature of astrological services

IMPORTANT WARNING : the astrological analyses offered by Moania are :

  • Generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment and personal development purposes

  • Based on algorithms and not on a personalized human consultation

  • Interpretative in nature according to traditional principles of astrology

8.2 Usage Limits

Our analyses and consultations IN NO CASE:

  • Medical advice or health diagnoses

  • Legal advice or legal recommendations

  • Financial or investment advice

  • Guaranteed predictions or absolute certainties

  • A reliable basis for important life decisions (marriage, career, health, finances)

The elements related to health, mental well-being, emotional relationships, or career are approached from a symbolic or archetypal perspective.

They cannot substitute for the advice or follow-up of a qualified professional (doctor, psychologist, lawyer, etc.).

The Client is encouraged to consult competent professionals for any questions regarding their physical or mental health, financial situation, or professional future.

Regarding our astrological consultations: although conducted by a qualified professional, they remain in the domain of personal support and well-being, and do not in any case replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial professional follow-up.

8.3 Client Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The use of our analyses is done at your own risk

  • Decisions made based on our analyses are your own discretion

  • You should not consider our analyses as absolute truths

  • It is advisable to consult qualified professionals for any important decisions

Andelios cannot be held responsible for all the content of the analyses generated by artificial intelligence.

8.4 Responsibility for content generated by artificial intelligence

The Client acknowledges that the entirety of the content of the astrological analyses generated via the Moania platform is produced by artificial intelligence algorithms, without systematic human proofreading.

Therefore, Andelios cannot be held responsible for:

  • the content, formulation, or structure of the produced texts

  • errors of interpretation, contradictions, or approximations contained in the documents

  • the use that the Client may make of said content

The analyses are to be used for informational and introspective purposes only, without contractual or predictive value.

8.5 Images included in the analyses

Astrological analyses may contain images, illustrations, graphics, or other visuals. The Client expressly acknowledges that:

  • These images come from an internal library created by Andelios;

  • They are not dynamically generated for each analysis and therefore do not have a unique or personalized character for the Client;

  • They are solely intended to illustrate or accompany the texts generated by artificial intelligence;

  • They do not in any way constitute an individualized part of the service ordered.

Consequently, the Client accepts that the non-exclusive or non-personalized nature of these visuals shall not give rise to any claim, refund request, or compensation of any kind.

  1. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
9.1 Guarantees provided

Andelios guarantees:

  • The effective generation of the requested analysis according to the information provided

  • The compliance of the analysis with the description of the selected service

  • The provision of the analysis via email

  • The respect for the confidentiality of your personal data

9.2 Accuracy of the provided astrological data

You acknowledge that the accuracy of the analyses relies entirely on the reliability of the astrological information you provide us, including your date, time, and place of birth. It is your responsibility to ensure that this data is accurate and complete. Andelios cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies, deviations, or errors in the results generated if the input data contains any inaccuracies, even partial.

9.3 Exclusion of warranty on the content of analyses

Andelios does not guarantee ANY:

  • The accuracy, truthfulness, or achievement of the elements contained in the analyses

  • The personal relevance of the interpretations generated by AI

  • The adequacy of the analyses to your specific personal situation

  • The absence of errors in the algorithms of astrological interpretation

9.4 Limitation of liability - AI Content

ESSENTIAL CLAUSE : Andelios cannot be held responsible, under any circumstances, for elements generated by artificial intelligence, notably:

  • Content of automatically generated astrological analyses

  • Interpretations provided by AI algorithms

  • Predictions, advice, or recommendations included in the analyses

  • Consequences of using or interpreting the generated analyses

Similarly, Andelios disclaims any responsibility for the amount of content generated (including the number of pages in the final PDF file), which depends solely on the autonomous functioning of artificial intelligence algorithms.

9.5 Limitation of liability - Deadlines

Andelios cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays in generation beyond the indicative deadlines announced

  • Temporary interruptions of the service for maintenance or technical incidents

  • Access delays related to your internet connection or equipment

No refunds, compensation can be demanded due to delays in generation exceeding the communicated estimates.

9.6 Limitation of liability - Personal decisions

Andelios declines any responsibility regarding:

  • Decisions made based on the provided analyses

  • Direct or indirect consequences of using the analyses

  • Material or immaterial damages resulting from the use of the service

  • Personal conflicts or difficulties related to the interpretation of the analyses

9.7 Limitation on the amount of damages

In any case, Andelios' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the analysis in question, limited to a maximum of 50 euros per incident.

9.8 Force majeure

Andelios shall not be held responsible in case of force majeure, including:

  • Major technical failures of AI servers

  • Cyberattacks or computer security incidents

  • Failures of third-party technical providers

  • Natural disasters or unforeseeable events

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1 Andelios rights

All elements of Moania are protected:

  • Artificial intelligence algorithms and processing models

  • User interface and site design

  • Astrological databases and interpretive content

  • Brands, logos, and graphic elements

  • Texts, images, and editorial content

10.2 Usage Restrictions

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Reproduce or distribute our analyses without permission

  • Commercially use our content or analyses

  • Resell or transfer your access or analyses

  • Attempt to reproduce our AI algorithms

  • Massively extract data from our platform

10.3 Client Data Property

You remain the owner of the personal data provided (date/place of birth, etc.). You grant us a limited license to use this data for the generation of your analyses.

  1. REFUND AND CANCELLATION
11.1 Refund conditions by type of service
11.1.1 Unit Purchase Services

Refunds can only be granted in the following cases:

  • Valid exercise of the right of withdrawal (before generating the analysis)

  • Major technical defect preventing the generation of the analysis (after 7 days)

  • Billing error on our part

  • Obvious defect in the provided service

11.1.2 Subscriptions

Refund conditions :

  • Right of withdrawal: 7 days from the date of subscription

  • Cancellation during subscription: no refund for the period started

  • Service failure: prorated refund if unavailability exceeds 7 consecutive days

  • Billing error: correction and refund of the overpaid amount

11.1.3 Astrological Consultations

Booking Fees :

  • Refund possible only within one hour of booking

  • No refunds beyond this period

Consultations :

  • Obstruction of the astrologer: full refund or free rescheduling

11.2 Refund Exclusions

No refund will be granted for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the content of the generated analysis

  • Exceeding the indicative generation deadlines

  • Inadequacy of the analysis to your personal expectations

  • Change of mind after receiving the analysis

  • Errors in the information you provided

11.3 Refund Request Procedure

For any legitimate refund request:

  • Delay : maximum 30 days after purchase

  • Justification : detailed description of the reason

Documents : supporting elements if necessary

11.4 Refund conditions

Refunds are processed:

  • Via the same payment method originally used

  • Within 14 days after acceptance of the request

  • Deduction of processing fees if applicable

12.1 Referral to the Privacy Policy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible at moania.ai and an integral part of these General Conditions of Sale.

12.2 Specific data for analyses

Your astrological data (date/time/place of birth) is processed solely for:

  • The generation of your personalized analyses

  • The improvement of our AI algorithms (anonymized data)

12.3 Your GDPR rights

Note for clients outside the EU: Andelios applies the highest data protection standards, inspired by the European GDPR.

13.2 Claims Processing

We commit to:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 48 working hours

  • Process your request within a maximum of 7 working days

  • Keep you informed of progress if delays are longer

  1. AFFILIATE PROGRAM
14.1 Purpose of the program

Andelios offers an affiliation program allowing individuals or legal entities to recommend the services of the Moania platform. In exchange for the sales effectively generated through their recommendations, affiliates can benefit from specific advantages or remuneration, depending on their status.

14.2 Participation Conditions
14.2.1 Eligibility

 The sponsorship program is open to:

  • Any adult individual with legal capacity to contract

  • Any legally constituted legal entity with a valid legal status

14.2.2 Registration Procedures

Registration is done:

  • By application addressed to the following address: support@moania.ai

  • Subject to express acceptance by Andelios

For legal entities (B2B), participation is conditioned upon the conclusion of a specific affiliation contract between the company Andelios and the concerned legal entity. This contract, signed electronically, notably sets the commission rate, the respective obligations, and the payment terms.

Each party may terminate it at any time, by simple written notification sent by email to the address specified in the contract. Termination takes effect on the date of receipt of this notification.

14.3 Compensation and benefits
14.3.1 Compensation terms – Legal entities (B2B)

Professional affiliates (legal entities) benefit from a contractual remuneration, defined as follows:

  • A commission calculated as a percentage of the net amount of sales made through their unique affiliate link

  • This amount is understood as net of commercial discounts applied to the affiliates (notably the discounts granted preferentially under the affiliation)

  • The commission rate applicable is contractually set and communicated by Andelios upon validation of the application

  • The payment of commissions is made in euros, upon presentation of a invoice issued by the affiliate partner

  • Payments are made in euros, at the end of each calendar quarter, subject to validation of eligible sales by Andelios

  • The tracking of sales, the status of affiliates, and the calculation of commissions is accessible via the partner platform GetRewardful

Limitation of Liability: Andelios disclaims any liability for failure, delay, malfunction, or error attributable to the GetRewardful platform, especially if these elements prevent the tracking of sales or the triggering of payments.

14.3.2 Reward Terms – Individuals (B2C)

Affiliated individuals do not receive financial commissions but may benefit from rewards in the form of digital gift cards, under the following conditions:

  • The gift cards are issued by the platform Tremendous, after validation of the associated sales.

  • The value of the rewards is determined based on the number and value of the generated sales.

Limitation of Liability : Andelios cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the Tremendous platform, nor for the absence or delay in receiving gift cards for reasons beyond its control.

14.4 Affiliate Obligations

Every affiliate agrees to:

  • Promote the services of the Moania platform in a honest, fair, and consistent with the brand image of Andelios

  • Refrain from any spam, abusive solicitation, or false advertising

  • Comply with the laws and regulations in effect in their country of residence or activity

14.5 Termination

 Participation in the affiliate program can be terminated:

  • At any time, by either party

  • Upon simple written notification sent by email to support@moania.ai, or to any other address agreed upon in the contract

  • Commissions or benefits accrued before termination remain payable under the defined contractual conditions

  1. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
15.1 Entirety of the agreement

These General Conditions of Sale, supplemented by our Privacy Policy, constitute the entirety of the agreement between the parties.

15.2 Tolerance

The fact of not invoking a clause does not constitute a waiver of the right to invoke it later.

15.3 Partial nullity

If a clause were declared null, the other clauses would remain applicable.

15.4 Transfer

You cannot transfer your rights without our prior written consent. Andelios may assign the contract after notifying you.

15.5 Non-solicitation

Unless prior written agreement, you are prohibited from soliciting Andelios staff for recruitment purposes during the contract period and for 24 months thereafter.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
16.1 Applicable Law

The present GCS are subject to French law.

International clients: in case of conflict between French law and your local law regarding consumer protection provisions, the most favorable provisions for the consumer will apply.

16.2 Amicable resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to reach a good faith amicable resolution within a period of 60 days.

16.3 Competent jurisdiction

In the absence of an amicable resolution:

For consumers residing in France: French courts of your residence or of Paris

For consumers residing in the EU: French courts or courts of your country of residence, at your choice

For consumers outside the EU: courts of Paris, unless otherwise provided by international agreement

For professionals: exclusively Paris courts

16.4 Mediation

Consumer clients: in the event of an unresolved dispute, you can resort to a consumer mediator. The contact details of the competent mediator will be provided to you upon request.
